My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was really nice with a comfortable bed, nice TV, great internet, and a nice view. However, the lack of a microwave, dirty bathtub, and unavailability of staff when needed were disappointing. The cleaning staff seemed to need better training. The service was subpar with rude and indifferent staff, except for the Supervisor. The dining experience was lacking, offering only simple and low-quality options. The facilities were basic.

My stay at the hotel was a total disaster. From broken furniture, missing drawers, to water all over the floor and carpet due to a flooding toilet, it was a nightmare. The lights in the room didn't work either, and the slow response to our requests made it even worse. To top it off, we encountered suspicious activities with people trying to break into our room. Definitely not a clean or enjoyable experience.
